Beautiful Blue Lady

I love the feeling of getting mail, and I especially love the feeling of winning something! Neither one is something I experience very often. Haha!
Check out this absolutely stunning ATC I won in the March art drawing over at ArtfullyMusing.

My jaw dropped when I opened the envelope. Photos can't capture how gorgeous all the layering looks. My favourite part is the tiny fan.
